Important disclaimer:

The TX40 Bluetooth Audio Transmitter is not suitable for use with Mac computers (macOS).

• macOS does not support aptX codecs (only SBC/AAC), so features like aptX HD, aptX Low Latency and aptX Adaptive do not work.
• Additionally, the TX40 may not be correctly recognised as a USB audio device on a Mac.

Therefore, use this product only with Windows, Android, iOS, PS4/PS5, Nintendo Switch, TVs, projectors or other supported systems.

Limitations:

• No Bluetooth receiver → can only transmit audio, not receive.
• No support for keyboards, mice or file transfer (audio only).
