Please note:
1. Triple display: one display with HDMI 2 output, one display with HDMI1 / VGA, one screen of the laptop.
2. Triple display only supports Windows systems. Mac OS supports Dual (two) Display only (because macOS does not support MST).
3. The USB C docking station is incompatible with a USB-A to USB-C adapter.
4. Functions only as USB C hub; may not deliver full power for tablets and smartphones.
5. The USB C port of your device must support DISPLAYPORT ALT MODE.

Note:
You can set Display, Resolution and Refresh Rate in the General setting.

The resolution can only reach 1920*1080/60HZ if three monitors are connected simultaneously. It is not recommended to do this. But if you want to do so, turn off the laptop screen (click 'Second screen only') after connecting.

Note: when MAC OS needs to extend the display, click "Display" in Preferences, select arrangement and then uncheck "Mirror Displays".
