Triple display and fast data transfer: Only the Windows system supports the triple display mode. MAC OS only supports mirror mode. HDMI 1 for single use can reach resolutions up to 4K @ 60Hz. When using 2 screens, the resolution is 4K @ 30Hz. When using the VGA connection, the resolution is 1080P @ 60Hz.

USB ports: Designed with 2 USB 3.0 ports, allowing you to transfer large files within seconds at 5 Gbps and 2 USB 2.0 ports to obtain a stable connection.

Gigabit Ethernet port and fast charging: The RJ45 port of the USB C hub dual HDMI recognises your internet speed and automatically adjusts to the highest level, whether the speed is 10/100/1000 Mbps. The MD4 supports fast charging protocols PD3.0, 20V/5A max. The dual HDMI USB C hub keeps your laptop fully charged while you can use all other functions of the hub.

SD / Micro SD card reader & 3.5 mm audio: USB-C dual HDMI adapter is compatible with various memory cards namely: SD card / Micro SD. The generic 3.5 mm audio port supports, for example, earphones and speakers.

Charging via USB-C PD: The USB-C port on the hub supports charging only. For charging laptops or other extended devices, you can connect the original charger of your devices to the hub.

4K resolution: The final resolution of the HDMI output depends on the devices you connect it to. [ONLY if your devices support 4K resolution (AMD + DP1.4), the video output is 4K].

Connection: We advise against adding an "extra extension cable or port conversion adapter" for the hub, as this can cause slow transfer, the HDMI port not being recognised, or other connection issues.

Note: when connecting an external hard drive or multiple devices, it is best to connect your laptop charger to the USB-C charging port. The laptop it is connected to does not have the necessary power to operate these by itself. With a power supply, this will work.

Remarks:
1. Some advanced configuration new model laptops can achieve quadruple display: two displays from HDMI1 & HDMI2 output, one display from VGA and one screen from the laptop itself.
2. MST FUNCTION: only supported by Windows, Mac OS NOT supported.
3. We advise against adding an extra extension cable for the hub as this can cause slow transmission.
4. This product is not compatible with Logitech wireless Bluetooth products. When used simultaneously, it will cause Bluetooth signal interference, causing the cursor to lag or flicker.
5. As long as the USB STICK or memory card is inserted, the built-in HUB chip operates at full capacity by default and the chip temperature will naturally rise at this time. If you use HDMI or VGA, the temperature will be higher than normal. When the hub is working, the heating temperature is acceptable within 150 °.
