-If your computer supports 4K @ 60Hz, but your display only supports 4K @ 30Hz, you can only run 4K @ 30Hz.

-It is recommended to use an HDMI 2.0 cable

If you use a cable lower than HDMI 2.0, this may cause flickering. Therefore, we strongly recommend connecting with an HDMI 2.0 cable to enjoy 4K high resolution.
