The fast charging function (9V/20W) only works on devices that support Power Delivery or 9V fast charging.

If your device does not support 9V?
Then the charger automatically switches back to 5V for safe charging.

When using a standard 5V cable, the maximum charging power is 5V / 2.4A (10W).
