SIM card installation: Place the nano SIM card on the SIM card tray, make sure the gold chip faces upwards and the C side faces outwards. After installing a SIM card, turn on the watch, check the SIM card signal grid on the watch status bar. Swipe down on the main screen of the watch. If you can see the SIM card signal grid on the watch status bar, it means you have successfully installed the SIM card. If you see up and down arrows on the signal grid, it means your SIM card has an internet connection. If there are no up and down arrows, you need to set an APN via an SMS command.

Note: The screws must be tightened at this point to prevent water ingress.

NOTE: It is highly recommended to use a USB charger with 5V 1A output. If you do not and use fast chargers or chargers above 1A, there is a high chance it will damage the smartwatch. We therefore always advise using a USB port from a computer, laptop, TV or USB charger with MAX 5V 1A.

Registering and logging into the watch: Open the app, new users must register a new account by clicking the right button ''register'', complete the registration steps. Use a short email address (preferably your own email address) (max. 30 characters). Note: registering a new account? Then you must choose the correct region where you are located. For example: in European countries, choose (Europe and Africa). You must also enter a correct email address to ensure you can change your password if needed.

Bind (connect) your device: Enter the (registration code). This is the code you receive with the smartwatch (this is a small white rectangular paper which also includes your IMEI number). After logging in with a new account, you will be asked to bind the device (give permission for everything), otherwise you cannot open the main interface of the app.

NOTE: Your IMEI number is not your Registration number.
NOTE: Once the GPS tracker is linked to your account, it is registered to your data. This means you cannot return it without consultation. If it turns out that it is connected to your account upon receipt, it will be sent back. Always contact us first.
