Troubleshooting Methods:

Question: How to use it on PS4?
1. Test it with your mobile phone before applying the headset to your PS4 to ensure it works properly.
2. Plug the headset with 3.5mm jack into the gamepad.
3. Then press and hold the PS4 button to open system settings.
4. There is a choice "RANDOM DEVICE", select it and then choose "ADJUST SOUND AND DEVICES", then select "Output to Headphones" and change it to "All Audio".

Question: Sound but voice chat does not work?
1. When using the headset, ensure the headset's microphone mute switch is turned on and the microphone is working normally.
2. The headset plug is quadrupolar, single plug type with audio/voice combination function, and applies to an audio device with a single hole. Make sure your device supports the audio/voice combination interface.
3. The headset plug is four-pole, single, while your device may have a three-pole interface.
