4-in-1 HDMI ADAPTER
USB C to Dual HDMI adapter connects devices with a USB-C interface port to two HDMI ports 4K (3840x2160) @ 30Hz resolution, a USB 3.0 port, a PD port. All four ports can work simultaneously. Designed for devices with Type-C port or Thunderbolt 3 port that support video and audio output mode.

Important compatibility information (HDTV/Video output): Since this product is equipped with a HDTV/video output, it is important to check before purchase whether your device supports USB-C with video support (DisplayPort Alt-Mode). This usually falls under USB 3.1 or higher.

• Check the specifications of your laptop, PC or tablet to see which protocols your USB-C port supports (think of DP Alt-Mode or USB-C Video Output).
• If you want to use this product with a smartphone, tablet or game console, check in the settings or manual of that device whether the USB-C port supports video output. Not all USB-C ports can transmit video.

Note: A USB-C port does not automatically mean that video can be transmitted. This entirely depends on the protocols enabled by the device manufacturer.

Operation with 2 screens:

• Windows: Two screens can be connected; both then display 1080p. Both screens can show independent (extend) or the same (mirror) image.
• macOS: Two screens can be connected via the adapter at up to 4K @ 30Hz. However, both screens show the same image (mirror mode) — no independent (extend) mode.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Extend mode supports Windows system streaming different images on three screens. Due to the limit of Mac OS, the image on the MAC device is the same for both screens.

Connection method

Connect the hub to your laptop or PC. You can connect USB peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, camera or USB stick. The HDMI ports can be connected to one or two screens (such as monitors or TVs). The PD port is exclusively for power supply.

Port description

1. PD port (Power Delivery – charging)

• Supports up to 87W charging power.
• This port is only intended to receive power from a charger and can be used to charge your laptop, MacBook or phone via the hub.
• Note: the PD port does not transmit data and is not intended to power other devices. Do not use this port as an external power source for peripherals.

2. USB 3.0 port

• Supports data transfer via USB 3.0.
• Suitable for peripherals such as mice, keyboards, USB sticks and external hard drives.
• Supports high transfer speeds (up to 5 Gbps).

3. HDMI port

• To use the HDMI port your device must support USB-C with DisplayPort function (DP Alt-Mode).
• This allows you to send video and audio to an external screen via HDMI.
• Supports high resolutions (for example 4K, depending on your device).

Important note

The PD interface is not intended to power external devices, but only to supply power to the hub and the connected device. Incorrect connection may cause the device not to work or display no image. Always check the connection order and ensure your laptop supports USB-C with video function.
