Too little storage space on your smartphone or tablet, or do you want to easily transfer photos and files to your computer? With the DrPhone UltraDrive 64GB 3-in-1 USB stick you have one compact storage solution for devices with USB-C, Micro-USB and USB-A. Store photos, videos, PDF files, Office documents and other files and take them with you easily.
Thanks to the USB-C connection, the UltraDrive is not only suitable for compatible Android smartphones and tablets, but also for iPhones and iPads with USB-C, such as the iPhone 17 Pro. You can view, copy, move and save files via your device's standard file management app.
3-in-1: USB-C, Micro-USB and USB 3.0
The DrPhone UltraDrive has three connection options:
- USB-C – for compatible smartphones, tablets, iPhones, iPads and other USB-C devices
- Micro-USB – for older Android smartphones and tablets with USB-OTG
- USB-A 3.0 – for computers, laptops and other devices with a standard USB port
This allows you to easily copy files from your smartphone or tablet to the USB stick and then open them on your computer via the USB-A connection.
Plug & Play – no separate app needed
The UltraDrive works Plug & Play. You do not need to install a separate DrPhone app or software.
Connect the USB stick and then open your device's standard file management app.
Important: after connecting, a notification or pop-up does not always appear automatically on a smartphone or tablet. This does not mean the USB stick is not working. Check the connected storage via the file management app.

Why do I see less than 64GB available storage?
This is normal for USB sticks, SSDs, memory cards and other storage media.
Manufacturers calculate storage capacity according to the decimal system:
1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes
Operating systems may calculate storage capacity differently and a small part of the capacity is used for the file structure and formatting.
A storage medium of 64GB can therefore show about 59GB capacity in the operating system. This does not mean storage is missing or the USB stick is defective.
USB stick not showing up?
First check the following points:
- Check if the USB stick is fully inserted into the USB port.
- Unlock your smartphone or tablet before connecting the stick.
- Manually open My Files, Files, or another file management app.
- Check under USB storage, External storage or Locations.
- Grant permission for access to USB accessories when your device asks for it.
- For Micro-USB, your smartphone or tablet must support USB-OTG.
- Try the USB stick on a computer to check if it is recognised there.
Specific for iPhone/iPad
Go to:
Files → Browse → Locations
The connected external storage should be visible there when it is recognised correctly.
Important when using
Do not remove the USB stick while copying, saving or moving files. This can interrupt a transfer or damage files.
Always wait until a file transfer is fully completed before disconnecting the stick.
If available, use the Eject / Safely Remove function before disconnecting the USB stick from a computer.
Only format the USB stick when necessary. Formatting erases stored data, so back up important files beforehand.
Check which file system is suitable for the devices you want to use the USB stick with before formatting.
