Triple display and fast data transfer: Note! Only Windows system supports triple display mode. Mac OS only supports mirror mode. HDMI 1 for single use can reach up to 4K @ 60Hz. The resolution is 4K @ 30Hz if two monitors are used simultaneously. When displaying via VGA connection, the hub supports 1080P @ 60Hz.

Display options: On Mac devices: Mac OS does not support MST function. Mac OS via HDMI and VGA ports can only extend 2/3 monitors with "the same screen content" but different from the laptop screen content.

Charging via USB-C PD: The USB-C port on the hub currently only supports charging. The hub does not need to be powered on. For charging laptops or other extended devices, connect your device's original charger to the type-c port on the hub.

4K resolution: the final resolution of the HDMI output depends on your host devices. [ONLY if your devices support 4K resolution (AMD + DP1.4), the video output is 4K].

Connection: We advise against adding an "extra extension cable or port conversion adapter" for the hub, as this may cause slow transfer, the HDMI port not being recognised, or other connection issues.

Note: When connecting an external hard drive or multiple devices, connect your own laptop adapter to the USB-C power delivery PD port, because the host device does not have the required power to operate them alone, but with a power supply it will work.

Note:
1. Some advanced configuration new model laptops can achieve quadruple display: two displays from HDMI1 & HDMI2 output, one display from VGA, one screen from laptop.

2. MST FUNCTION: only supported by Windows, Mac OS does NOT support.

3. We advise against adding an extra extension cable for the hub, as this may cause slow transmission, the HDMI port not being recognised or other connection problems.

4. This product is not compatible with Logitech wireless Bluetooth products. When used simultaneously, it will cause Bluetooth signal interference, causing the cursor to lag or flicker.

5. As long as the USB STICK or memory card is inserted, the built-in HUB chip operates at full capacity by default and the chip temperature will naturally rise at this time. If you use HDMI or VGA, the temperature will be higher, which is normal. When the Hub is working, the heating temperature is acceptable within 150 °.
