Note (important to read and know):

1. If you connect a USB-C 2.0 peripheral (mouse, keyboard, etc.) to this USB-C 3.1 extension cable and it does not work as expected, you can flip the connector and try connecting again. This can happen due to USB-C protocol compatibility issues.

2. Check if the USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port on your device supports video output. Not all USB-C ports can transmit a video signal.

3. Does not work with a Thunderbolt 3 docking station or hub/cable. Please note. This cable is not compatible with Apple Multi-media Adapter (USB 3, HDMI, USB C (charging pass-through)) and all models of the GoPro Camera and the Oculus Quest Link.

4. The recommended total length is 3M: if the total length is too long, there will be severe signal attenuation. We recommend using this extension cable for connecting cables with a total length of less than 3 metres for the best performance in charging, synchronising and 4k video.
