Fingerprint unlocking: The built-in smart chip significantly improves the traditional key unlocking method, making it safer and more convenient. You can enter 10 patterns.

Use of the included bracket (mount)

The bracket allows you to securely and practically store the DrPhone VS1 lock when not in use:
- Attachment to bike frame: The bracket can be attached to your bike frame, so you can easily carry the lock on the go without having to put it loose in your bag.
- Storage function: You simply click the lock into the bracket, keeping it firmly in place while cycling.
- Always within reach: Thanks to the bracket, the lock is quick and easy to use without wasting time.

Note: Make sure the bracket is firmly screwed to the frame and that the lock clicks properly into the holder to prevent loss while riding.

Dustproof and rain-resistant design: cover the fingerprint sensor with the dust cap after locking to prevent rain and dust from falling on the fingerprint surface.

USB charging function: You can recharge the fingerprint lock via the included USB cable. Note, please read the important charging instructions before charging the item.

Low power reminder: when the voltage is less than or equal to 3.5V, the red indicator light flashes for 15 seconds. If it remains in a low voltage state, it will give a warning every minute.

Description of the first administrator fingerprint record

1. Press your finger on the sensor for several seconds.

2. Then a quick blue flash follows, and then a green light flashes.

3. Next, scan your finger several times. Each time you place it, the green light flashes to blue. Repeat this until the green light stays solid green.

4. To add more, repeat the above steps.

Description of a fingerprint record deletion

1. Press your finger on the sensor for a long time.

2. After the red light flashes three times, the administrator must place their finger on the fingerprint scanner.

3. The deletion is complete when the green light stays solid.
   
   

Check if the fingerprint lock is correctly set or deleted:

After successfully adding or deleting a fingerprint, it is important to check if this was done correctly. You can do this with the following tests:

1. After successful registration of your fingerprint:
Test the lock with other fingers, including your own (that are not registered) and those of other people.
- Does the lock only open with the registered finger and show a red light for other fingers? Then the lock is correctly set and secured.

2. After deleting all fingerprints:
Try to open the lock with any finger.
- Does the lock now open with every finger? This means there is no owner set and the lock is accessible to everyone. In that case, the memory has been cleared.

Important charging instructions:

• Do NOT use fast chargers! This can damage the battery or make the product unsafe.

• Use a standard USB charger of max 5V/1A for safe charging.

• At low battery power (<3.5V) the red light flashes for 15 seconds.

• In low voltage mode, the lock gives a warning.

Weather-resistant design (IP65)

Note when using in rainy conditions:

• Make sure the protective cap is properly and securely closed. Only then is the lock optimally protected against water and dirt; otherwise, water is likely to enter and cause water damage to the lock, making it stop working.

Important return condition – please note

Once you link a fingerprint to the DrPhone VS1 lock, the right to return expires.

This is because the lock is personalised and secured after registering the first (administrator) fingerprint.

After registration, no new owner can be set without erasing the entire memory and reinitialising the lock.

For safety and hygiene reasons, a lock with registered fingerprints can no longer be offered as new.
