Use & Application

In diffuser:
Add 3–6 drops to the water reservoir, depending on desired intensity.

In bath:
First mix with a carrier oil or bath oil.
Recommended: 3–5 drops in 10–15 ml vegetable oil.

In sauna:
Add a few drops to a bowl of water.
Never drip pure on hot stones.

Skin use (optional):
Only apply diluted.
Recommended: 1–2 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil.
