In the included application called ''Aibelle Plus'', which is free to install from the app store or play store, you can set an SOS number. Once the button on the side is pressed, the watch immediately starts calling the SOS number. This gives you instant connection. You can also make video calls using the built-in powerful camera. Through the application, you can see the watch's location on the map at that moment. Requesting this live information takes 15 to 30 seconds, making the Zone2 one of the fastest GPS watches.

Fast and reliable calling via 4G

No more complicated installations or difficulties getting the product to work. Traditional 2G watches are seriously outdated and harder to use. The DrPhone Zone2 watch is designed to function within a few steps using a nano SIM card (without complicated installation). You can order this SIM card separately from a well-known provider such as a KPN or Vodafone prepaid SIM card. The watch uses call minutes and data (for internet) to operate GPS and other functions properly. Consumption ranges from approximately 30 to 100 MB per month, depending on usage, making this one of the most energy-efficient watches for seniors and children from 7 years old.

Waterproof with IP67 certification

The premium GPS smartwatch from DrPhone is designed for use in rain showers or, for example, when washing your hands. We advise not to use the watch underwater or while swimming. Heat and steam can damage the watch.

Long battery life:

Under normal use, the standby time of the DrPhone Zone2 watch is 72 hours. Use the included cable to charge the watch in a 5V 1A charging port. This could be a USB port on a laptop or TV. A wall charger is also possible provided it is a maximum of 5W. The watch is fully charged within 2 hours and can then be used for several days. Note that battery life depends on usage. If you frequently request location via the app or make video calls, you will need to charge the watch daily.

Premium GPS watch features

The watch comes with several useful features. It also has a handy camera with which you can take photos and send them to the application. The HD camera can also be used for video calling. In the app, you can send voice messages to and from the watch. Furthermore, the watch has a built-in SOS button that calls a number set under ''SOS'' in the app after pressing the SOS button for 3 seconds. You can also set safety zones up to 2 kilometres; when the watch leaves this zone, you receive a message via SMS. Finally, you can locate the watch by pressing the ''Find my watch'' function. This lets you know where the watch is, even if it is lost indoors.

Registering and logging into the watch: Open the app, new users must register a new account by clicking the right button ''register'', complete the registration steps. Use a short email address (preferably your own email) (max. 30 characters).

Note: Registering a new account? You must select the correct region where you are located. For example: in European countries, choose (Europe and Africa). You must also enter a valid email address to ensure you can reset your password if needed.

Binding (connecting) your device: Enter the (registration code). This is the code you receive with the smartwatch. It is inside your smartwatch. You can see it once a SIM card is inserted. Once a SIM card is installed, you can find the registration code in your smartwatch.

After signing up with a new account, you will be asked to bind the device (give permission for everything), otherwise you cannot open the main interface of the app.

NOTE: Your IMEI number is not your registration number.
NOTE: Once the GPS tracker is linked to your account, it is registered to your details. This means you cannot return it without consultation. If it is found to be connected to your account upon receipt, it will be sent back. Always contact us first before deciding to return it.
