Important information:

Registering and logging into the watch: Open the app, new users must register a new account by clicking the right button ''register'', complete the registration steps. Use a short email address (preferably your own email address) (max. 30 characters).

Note: register a new account? Then you must choose the correct region you are in. For example: in European countries, choose (Europe and Africa). You must also enter a correct email address to ensure you can reset your password if needed.

Binding (connecting) your device: Enter the (registration code). This is the code you receive with the smartwatch. It is inside your smartwatch. You can see it once a SIM CARD is inserted. Once a SIM card is installed, you can find the registration code in your smartwatch.

After logging in with a new account, you will be asked to bind the device (give permission for everything), otherwise you cannot open the main interface of the app.

NOTE: Your IMEI number is not your registration number.

NOTE: Once the GPS tracker is linked to your account, it is registered to your details. This means you cannot return it without consultation. If it is found connected to your account upon receipt, it will be sent back. Always contact us first before deciding to return.
