Do you want to transfer digital audio between, for example, your television, Blu-ray player, media player and amplifier, but lack the correct coaxial connection? With the DrPhone DCA2 you can connect two devices equipped with a digital coaxial S/PDIF connection. The cable has an RCA male connector on both ends and is 1 metre long.
Digital audio via S/PDIF
The DrPhone DCA2 is designed to transmit a digital audio signal via a coaxial S/PDIF connection. You can use the cable between a television, DVD or Blu-ray player, set-top box, media player, amplifier, receiver, soundbar or other suitable audio equipment.
Both devices must have a digital coaxial RCA connection for this.
RCA male to RCA male
The cable has an RCA male connector at both ends. This allows you to connect a digital coaxial output directly to a digital coaxial input.
The DCA2 is a passive cable. No separate power supply, software or installation is required. Connect both ends to the correct connections and, if necessary, select the coaxial audio input or output in your device's menu.
75 ohm coaxial cable
The cable has an impedance of 75 ohms. This type of impedance is used for digital coaxial S/PDIF connections.
The final audio quality and supported audio formats depend on the connected source and receiving device.
Flexible 1 metre cable
With a length of 1 metre, the cable is suitable for devices placed close together, for example in a TV cabinet or audio set. The outer sheath is made of PVC and protects the internal copper conductor during normal use.

HDMI connections;
3.5mm jack connections;
USB connections;
analogue red-white stereo RCA connections when a digital coaxial signal is required.
Use the cable only when the output of one device and the input of the other device both support digital coaxial audio.
