Question: Update your computer's USB driver if the keyboard and mouse do not work.

This 4K HDMI switch with two USB ports only supports a wired/wireless keyboard and mouse, other USB devices cannot be recognised, such as USB sticks, printers, USB cameras, etc.

Question: Does it support computer DVI or Displayport interface?
Answer: Yes!! But you need a DVI to HDMI cable and Displayport to HDMI converter. (Not included in the package)

Question: Support for hotkey switch?
Answer: Yes, there are two hotkey methods on the keyboard. Hotkey 1: Press the "Scroll Lock" key twice (Scroll Lock, Scroll Lock, 1 or 2); hotkey 2: Press the "Ctrl" key twice (Ctrl, Ctrl, 1 or 2).

Question: Does it support MAC MINI?
Answer: Yes, but you must adjust the resolution of Mac mini to 1920 * 1080p @ 60hz. A customer did not know how to handle the Mac mini but solved it successfully after lowering the resolution. If your device's resolution is higher than our standard, you must lower the resolution.

Question: Does it support mechanical keyboard?
Answer: Yes, but not recommended, because the mechanical keyboard consumes a lot of power and may affect usage.

Question: Does it support wireless mouse?
Answer: Yes, supports 2.4G wireless mouse with receiver.

Question: Does it support other USB devices, such as HUB, printer, USB Stick?
Answer: No! This model only supports USB keyboard and mouse.
