Question: What should I do if my phone cannot be charged in the phone charging area?

-Make sure your phones have a wireless charging function.
-Use at least an 18W (9V/2 A) adapter to power the wireless charger (otherwise the charger may not have enough output power for the phone charging area).
-Place your phone accurately on the phone charging area so it can align with the charging coils.
-Make sure the thickness of the phone case is less than 4 mm, remove cases thicker than 4 mm before charging
-Make sure there is no metal, magnet, credit card or other foreign objects on the back of your phone/phone case that could obstruct charging.
