Place your smartphone against the magnetic phone charging point, put your wirelessly chargeable earbud case on the lower charging surface and attach a compatible Samsung Galaxy Watch to the separate watch charging point. This way you keep your daily devices neatly together while charging.

Magnetic wireless charging up to 15W

The round phone charging point supports a wireless output power of:

The actual received charging power depends on your smartphone, the power adapter used, the placement of the device, the temperature and the number of devices being charged simultaneously.

For a stable magnetic attachment you need one of the following options:

• A smartphone with built-in magnetic attachment

• A suitable magnetic phone case

• The included magnetic ring

A standard non-magnetic case may cause the phone not to stay properly attached. Place the included ring precisely around the wireless charging coil of your smartphone or case.

Special charging point for Samsung Galaxy Watch

At the back there is a separate magnetic charging point for compatible Samsung Galaxy Watch models. This charging point delivers up to 3W.

The watch charging point is intended exclusively for suitable Samsung Galaxy Watches and is not suitable for Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Fit models.

Check before purchase whether your exact Galaxy Watch model is supported. The shape and charging technology may vary per watch model.

Wireless charging of Galaxy Buds and other charging cases

The lower charging surface delivers up to 5W and is intended for wirelessly chargeable earbud cases, including compatible Samsung Galaxy Buds cases.

Place the case in the centre of the charging surface. A thick or metal protective case can block or interrupt wireless charging.

Suitable for desk and bedside table

The vertical design keeps your phone visible while charging. This allows you to keep viewing the screen for notifications, an alarm or incoming calls.

The charging station is suitable for use on, among others:

Always place the station on a dry, flat and stable surface.

Which power adapter do you need?

For stable use a suitable USB power adapter of 20W or more is required. The power adapter is not included.

A too weak adapter can cause:

• Devices to charge more slowly

• Charging to be interrupted

• Not all charging points to function properly at the same time

Do not use a damaged cable, adapter or wall socket.

Can I charge three devices simultaneously?

The charging station is designed to charge a suitable smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Watch and wirelessly chargeable earbud case simultaneously. Use a suitable power adapter of at least 20W for this.

Is the magnetic ring always necessary?

No. The ring is not needed when your smartphone or phone case already has a suitable magnetic attachment. For a phone or case without magnets, the ring is needed to attach the device to the vertical charging point.

Does the charging station work with every Samsung phone?

No. The phone must support wireless charging. Additionally, a suitable case, built-in magnet or magnetic ring is required for the magnetic attachment.

Does it work with Apple Watch?

No. The separate watch charging point is intended exclusively for compatible Samsung Galaxy Watch models.

Why is my phone not charging?

Check whether:

• Your phone supports wireless charging

• The charging coil is correctly aligned

• The magnetic ring is in the correct position

• The phone case is not too thick

• There is no metal between the phone and charger

• The power adapter used delivers sufficient power

Is a power adapter included?
