Troubleshooting:
1. Dolby/DTS issue: check the compatibility of your display for those formats. Our device does not decode it, but only passes it through to your display.
2. HDR/Dolby Vision issue: Your HDMI cable must meet the HDMI 2.0 specifications. Replace the cable if it does not meet the standard.
