Supports 2-channel LPCM or PCM digital audio signal: Some TVs may have PCM / LPCM as default setting. Otherwise set the PCM or LPCM setting as below:
Settings - Sound - Audio format, such as Samsung TV, LG TV. (NOTE: does not support Dolby, DTS or other 5.1 channel Surround Sound signals)

192 KHz Sampling Rate: 192 KHz Sampling Rate supported at 32, 44.1, 48, 96 and 192 KHz, and 24-bit S/PDIF incoming bitstream on left and right channels, eliminates noise when no input signal and automatically mutes when no input audio signal, providing you with a high quality sound experience.

Suitable for: Overall shielding without signal interference, compatible with HD TV, PS3, PS4, HD DVD, Sky HD, Apple TV, Plasma, Blu-Ray, Home Cinema systems, AV amplifiers, etc. (Note: not compatible with Netflix, Youtube or Amazon Prime)

-For Samsung TV enable external speakers: menu - sound - speaker settings - external speakers - on.
-For Panasonic TV set the TV audio output to SPDIF output.
- PS4 Pro and PS4 Slim CANNOT use this converter as they do not have an optical fibre output interface.
