• HDMI Switch supports the following audio formats: LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby True-HD, DTS-HD, AC3, DTS, DSD, Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Atmos audio formats, but cannot decode these audio formats. If your amplifier or soundbar does not support these sound formats, you will hear no sound. Set the audio format for the soundbar or amplifier to PCM/LPCM.
• The sound from the HDMI input (PS5/4, Xbox one) can be heard directly on your soundbar or amplifier with the HDMI Audio Extractor. You do not need to connect a TV or monitor.
• HDMI ARC/eARC adapter converts audio from a device to a sound source. On this switch, you can connect your TV to the HDMI output port with an HDMI cable and then connect optical/coaxial/HDMI cable to the soundbar, speaker, home cinema, AV receivers, etc. Then open the “ARC/eARC” button.
• HDMI inputs are suitable for all HDMI devices, such as PS4/Roku/Fire TV/Blu-ray players/Apple TV/Xbox/Nintendo Switch/PS4Pro/Xbox 360/Xbox One X/PS3/Projector/Laptop and other HDMI signal sources. • 24bit deep colour per channel (friendly note: it is not compatible with DVI, we do not recommend connecting HDMI to DVI cable to your projector/monitor)
• Use of the standard HDMI 2.0 cable of AWG 26(19 + 1) is recommended. The HDMI cable can be extended up to 5 metres, but can also be extended up to 8 metres if the resolution is lower than 4K @ 30Hz.

Notes:

1. It is important that your display supports the ARC/eARC function. Secondly, HDMI cable into the HDMI ARC/eARC port on your display and the other end into the HDMI output on the switch. (Tip: 3.5mm jack audio port does not support ARC/eARC function)

2. If you find that the switch does not work, we recommend unplugging it and plugging it back in.

3. When the switch is turned on, the input 1 LED indicator at the start of the HDMI source will light up.

4. If you select HDMI audio, you can get 7.1CH, 5.1CH, 2CH or audio copy. If you select optical audio, you can get 5.1CH or 2CH or audio copy. If you select 3.5mm audio out, you can enjoy 2CH audio copy.

5. It takes five seconds to change to the next source. This is normal.
