HDMI to SCART converter: can convert digital MHL or HDMI video and audio signal to analogue SCART CVBS signal. So you can connect your HD HDMI source device to your old SCART TV that does not have an HDMI input port. This allows you to enjoy high-definition movies and games on the older SCART TV or projector that does not support HDMI input. HDMI input, Scart output both video and audio simultaneously.
Only HDMI to SCART: Converts signal only from HDMI source device to your old SCART TV. NOTE: cannot convert signal from SCART source device to your HDMI HDTV. Please check your device and TV before making a purchase.
Convert: Convert Scart composite analogue signal to HDMI digital signal. Compatible with HDMI1.4, supports 720p/1080p output.

Operation and functions:
1) PAL/NTSC switch: Switch the CVBS output format.
2) HDMI input: connect the HDMI to your source device, such as a dvd/game console.
3) LED indicator: when DC5V is powered on, the indicator lights up.
4) Power supply: connect the 5VDC power supply to the device and plug the adapter into a power outlet.
5) SCART output: connect the SCART output to your display device (such as a TV set).
How to use:
1. Connect the converter to the TV via a good Scart cable, change the TV to SCART CVBS channel.
2. Connect the converter to 5V DC power or your phone 5V USB charger via the USB DC cable (included in the package), you will see the power LED light up and the SCART TV screen shows "No signal".
3. Connect the converter to the HDMI source device via a good HDMI cable, for example dvd player.
4. After connecting them, restart the HDMI source device, usually you will get a signal on your SCART TV.
5. If there is no signal, set the device output via HDMI if it has the option, you need to change NTSC or PAL according to your TV format.
