We advise against using chargers that deliver more than 5V/1A current such as a fast charger, as this may cause your smartwatch to fail over time or the battery to drain faster. We therefore always recommend using a power source from a laptop, computer, TV or an adapter with max 5V 1A. These always have a 1A port that provides a stable and safe charging option.

This charging cable has a voltage regulator and PTC inside to prevent your device from being damaged by overcurrent when connected to a power source. Please note the advice given above. Incorrect use is at your own risk.

Additionally, the cable has overvoltage and overcurrent protection, which protects your watch from damage during charging.

Tips to better protect your smartwatch:

- Limit charging time to 80 minutes.

- Charge your watch before the battery runs out and charge your watch up to 95%. If it continues charging after 100% and remains constantly connected to a power source, it can eventually reduce the battery life causing it to drain faster. So remove it at the right time.

* Do not use the mobile phone charger unless it is a 1A 5V adapter, but always connect it to the USB power source on a PC, Mac, laptop or notebook for a more stable voltage.
