Frequently asked questions:

1. The box keeps buffering or after a while of using the TV box the operation becomes slower.
a) First let the TV box try to modulate as much as possible, then check if the channel is blocked. It may be that some devices work on 2.4G and your TV box uses 5G signal.
b) Clear the memory, or simply restore factory settings in the settings, keep in mind that you need to clean the memory regularly, too much occupied memory will also cause the box to buffer. This is called clearing the Cache.

2. Cannot connect to wifi.
-Check in Settings-> Device preferences-> Date and time-> automatic date and time. Please check when you open automatic date and time whether it is on or off and what the status is. If it is not on, wifi will not work.
-Keep in mind that you cannot enable 2.4G wifi and at the same time connect the TV box with an ethernet cable, if you use 2.4G wifi, you must remove the ethernet cable, use one at a time.

3. Remote control cannot navigate on some apps or cannot use forward, backward and pause functions. This is because these apps are mainly available for tablets and phones with a touchscreen or mouse. So find a button on the remote control with the mouse pressed, press it to indicate that the cursor is closed and then use the up and down keys on the remote control to go forward and backward. 4. Resolutions: most TV boxes now support 4K resolution, which is the basic function. Some products support a resolution of 6K / 8K.
